I love this picture too! Atticus has a wonderful gift of recognizing scale and proportion! This site it such a great way to document his journey in art! I remember one of the first Kindergarten art activities we did was to trace hands. Atticus traced his hand and drew a maze inside! He has always thought outside the box. If the a project was making gingerbread men, then he made the gingerbread man and the house. If it was making a dinosaur he would make the dinosaur and the habitat. Another favorite memory of mine is when he made a nonfiction book at the end of the year about underwater animals. I feel lucky to have seen some of the wonderful things he created at only 6 years of age and can't wait to see what his future holds!
I can hardly even believe that a 6 year old did that! But, it is Atticus that we're talking about. So, I believe it. He's so talented.
