A sample of the fall foliage around the neighborhood:
This was a great collaboration with my whole family, and one of my largest pieces to-date. If you look closely at the leaves, there are a few hidden surprises... (it's not Leafman, but see if you can spot a close relative of his)

One man's rubbish...

Today my brother and sister were making some art projects. They had cut out some shapes and left some scraps on the table. This was one of them.
It seemed such a shame just to let it go without being put to good use:

One man's rubbish is another man's gold (race car)

Leaf Star

This is Leafman. First, I started with a big yellow leaf, then two medium red leaves, and last two small yellow leaves. We made a big leaf project today with leaves from our neighbohood. And then at the end I cut the stem a little to a little, little, little stem. And that's how I made him.

Happy Halloween

This is a picture of a monster. If you don't be careful, he can eat you. So, BE CAREFUL!

The Crashed Police Car

The sun is bright in the morning air. the police car crashed and it wouldn't go. So they were fixing it. And they fixed the car. And they were back to normal.
There was a police plane that flew over them and they were very happy.

The Musketeer

This is a picture of a musketeer. It's at night time. He is fighting a bad guy that is trying to destroy him. Then a person named Atticus came. And he destroyed the bad guy. And they lived happily ever after.

Visiting Rats

On Sunday, mom took me to visit a lady from church who has three pet rats so I could hold them and play with them. This is a "Thank You" card I made for her. It says "thanc u vare much," but I meant "thank you very much."

The rats' names are Tony, McGee, and Gibb. This is a picture of Tony. He was my favorite. The picture is of me giving Tony a treat. You can still see a bit of my hand as I pull it back quickly. It turned out I wasn't as brave about holding rats as I thought on our drive over there.
